GANYMEDE 2008 looks exciting just reading about it. A simultaneous release of 23 integrated Eclipse Projects . 

I started using Eclipse a year ago inspired by a program called JEdit that had plugins.After seeing a jump in my productivity...the ultimate WOW factor for any software product!

 What a change in attitude from notepad editing, and D.I.Y (do it yourself) and NIMBY(not invented in my backyard).
